Companies Pitches – April 22nd, from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM
Present your company in a 3-minute pitch to a full audience of students and PhD candidates. This is the perfect stage to showcase your core business and highlight career opportunities.
Companies Meet Students – April 22nd, 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Host one-on-one meetings (approx. 10 mins each) at your dedicated station in the Polo Ferrari building. A targeted opportunity to offer internships, theses, and job roles while identifying the profiles that best fit your needs.

- Guaranteed Participation: Access to either the “Companies Meet Students” or the “Companies Pitches” event. Double Interview Station: For the “Companies Meet Students” event, you will be provided with a double station to allow for two simultaneous interviews. Note: The presence of at least two company representatives is required.

- Social Media Coverage: A dedicated post across the Department’s social media channels.
- Digital Promotion: Publication of a corporate promotional video (or your video pitch) on this website prior to the event.
